In this tale, Joha cleverly retains ownership of a single nail in a house he sold, using it as a means to eventually reclaim the property. What seemed like a minor, insignificant detail ended up being the key to his success.

Much like Joha's story, the creation of Riad Clou has its own journey of patience and perseverance. The house originally had a small shop underneath it that belonged to the original owner. Securing the rights to this shop and integrating it into the riad was no easy task – it took over ten years to finally acquire it. This process was filled with challenges and required constant dedication, but just like Joha’s nail, that little shop proved to be the key to completing the dream of Riad Clou.
